Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead our oil and lubricants division. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, developing strategic plans, and driving business growth within the oil and lubricants sector. As the Sales Head, you will leverage your industry expertise and leadership skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new market opportunities, and ensure that our sales team achieves its targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base in the oil and lubricants sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the oil and lubricants industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the oil and lubricants market and its trends.
