Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Fluent English speaking capability
  • Have your own drivers license and mode of transportation
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

Note: This is a commission-only, Part-Time position. We will support you with necessary tools to succeed, but we prefer if you have your own base income generation, to be able to survive cash gaps in between closing deals.
