Responsibilities
Actively source, recruit, and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and compatibility with job requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate selection, and job offer negotiations.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to both candidates and clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize recruitment tools and software to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software to source, screen, and manage candidates.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment targets.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
