Responsibilities

• Actively source, recruit, and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and compatibility with job requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate selection, and job offer negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to both candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment tools and software to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the overall candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software to source, screen, and manage candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment targets.
