The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization. They develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to ensure effective employee management and to support the achievement of organizational goals. The HR Manager handles recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the organization's goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Support and advise managers and employees in HR-related matters.
Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Proficient in using HR systems and software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in HR-related tasks.
Professional certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is desirable.
