Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, with additional real estate certifications preferred.
  • Valid real estate license in the state where you intend to work.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related field is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to facilitate transactions.
  • Ability to work independently, managing time and workload effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate policies, standards, and ethics is essential.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and online marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, leases, appraisals, and property management.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Possess a sales-driven attitude and a strong passion for real estate markets.
