  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate with customers through various social media platforms promptly.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and improve service standards.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies strictly to ensure compliance.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and foster a positive experience with the company.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in customer service software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing customer concerns directly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
