We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager – Events to lead the planning and execution of a wide range of events that promote our brands, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You will manage all phases of event projects from concept through execution, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy
Lead the planning and execution of diverse F&B events (e.g. product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, festivals).
Develop event concepts, objectives, timelines, and action plans aligned with brand goals.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and smooth collaboration.
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate forecasting.
Allocate resources effectively, including staff, materials, and third-party services.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and external service providers.
Ensure all partners deliver on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Work with the marketing team to promote events across digital, print, and in-store channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials and event experiences.
On-Site Execution
Oversee event setup, live operations, and breakdown to ensure seamless delivery
Lead on-the-ground teams and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all events adhere to local regulations, including health & safety, food handling, and alcohol licensing.
Prepare risk assessments and emergency procedures for each event.
Post-Event Evaluation
Analyze event performance against KPIs (e.g. attendance, engagement, revenue).
Prepare reports with key learnings and improvement recommendations for future events.
Innovation & Trends
Keep up with trends in the F&B and events space to introduce fresh, creative ideas.
Explore new tools, formats, and technologies to enhance event impact and efficiency..
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years experience in project or event management, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong project management skills – able to juggle multiple events with competing timelines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed for event execution.
A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
