Job Purpose:

Are you a visual storyteller who thinks in pixels and breathes in Pantone? We’re looking for a Content Creator to craft compelling, on-brand content that captivates and connects. This is your chance to shape the voice and vision of our vibrant hospitality portfolio, influencing how customers experience our world from their first click to their last sip.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive retail toolkits and style guides for ELR brands to ensure consistency across all outlets.
• Create and maintain a suite of evergreen assets for seamless access and deployment by store teams.
• Design all required assets for campaign launches, ensuring a consistent and integrated brand experience.
• Implement a streamlined design request process to manage workload efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead corporate branding efforts, including design for decks, videos, digital displays, websites, and social platforms.
• Manage and maintain brand media libraries to support content reuse and efficient asset management.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and graphics.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience in web design (Adobe XD/Basic HTML).
• Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Proactive work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
