Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support project managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and control of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure deliverables.
• Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Participate in project meetings and documentation.
• Support project close-out and handover activities.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork on site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in construction project support roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
• Understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and project software.
• Team player with leadership potential.
