Job Description

A Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects within an organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work under pressure. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, managing project risks, and adapting to changing project environments. You will be expected to utilize project management methodologies and tools to achieve excellence in project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with company strategic objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and issues.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project changes by tracking and documenting changes in project scope.
  • Produce detailed project reports and communicate status updates to management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Motivate project team members to work collaboratively towards project goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field required.
  • Proven work experience as a project manager in relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project.
