Job Description

The Export Customer Care Representative is a crucial role within the supply chain and logistics department, designed to ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction with regard to international shipments. This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of export regulations, and the ability to troubleshoot logistics issues efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth international transactions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service roles within the export industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping and export regulations is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
