Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs that meet client specifications and align with project budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and overall vision for each project.

• Lead the coordination of various project disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications for both architectural and interior design projects.
• Utilize industry-standard design software to produce both digital and physical models for client presentations.
• Source and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and fixtures, within client budget constraints.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and best practices in both architecture and interior design.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and address any onsite challenges.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and incorporate them into design projects when appropriate.
• Manage project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design roles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural and interior design projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods is required.
• A strong understanding of material specifications, sourcing, and sustainability practices.
