About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Outlet Manager to join theteam of Jumeirah Wild Wadi Waterpark . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store employees to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting targets, and developing strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage restocking processes to ensure product availability.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal, ensuring the store layout is attractive and accessible.
• Manage the stores budget, including tracking expenses, handling cash flow, and preparing financial reports to maintain profitability.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail, or any other relevant field.
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced).
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in a Retail chain.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Project Management Skills.
