Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support junior learning and development staff as necessary.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in a learning and development or training role required.
  • Strong knowledge of modern training techniques and tools is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate training impact on employee performance.
  • Proficient in using technology and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
