Job Description
An established entity in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Property Operations Officer to manage lease agreements, property inspections, and maintenance oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee lease agreements and rent collection

Conduct site inspections and manage maintenance requests

Prepare periodic reports on property income and status

Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal departments
Desired Skills:

Minimum 4 years of real estate/property management experience

Fluent in Arabic and English

Excellent reporting and coordination skills

Valid UAE driver’s license
