The HR Business Partner  plays an integral part in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions. By forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees, the HRBP reflects the operational execution of the business. The successful HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, handling responsibilities that range from strategic consultation to hands-on implementation of HR programs, ensuring the workforce adds maximum value to the organization. The focus is on driving HR initiatives, policies, and procedures forward to enhance organizational effectiveness and establish effective HR strategies that support business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Facilitate organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and planning.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Enhance employee performance through effective coaching and development programs.
  • Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Lead change management initiatives to foster organizational resilience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment standards in operations.
  • Work with compensation specialists to design and implement reward structures.
  • Coordinate with training teams to deliver development programs to talent pools.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related area.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR Manager role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to make decisions collaboratively.
  • HR certification such as PHR/SPHR is preferred for enhanced credibility.
