Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies of linens, amenities, and cleaning materials.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies.
  
  
  

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (minimum 2–3 years in a 4 or 5-star property).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
