About Jumeirah Creekside

Located in the bustling heart of Dubai and just minutes away from Dubai International Airport, Jumeirah Creekside is a dynamic and contemporary urban hotel. Designed from the outset to connect the hotel to the region’s vibrant arts and cultural heritage, Jumeirah Creekside houses one of Dubai’s largest art collections – a specially commissioned collection of 482 pieces by 51 artists with roots from the Middle East. The hotel also offers a range of dining and wellbeing experiences as well as access to a sports and leisure complex.

About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join Jumeirah Creekside.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • To manage the memberships and manage the member relationships of The Aviation Club.
  • To drive sales through the Aviation Club with new initiatives and sales tactics.
  • To work in rotation with other Guest Services Executives, ensuring a friendly welcome to Sport and Leisure facilities, guest satisfaction and the highest standard of services at all times.
  • To oversee and supervise the team of Guest Service Executives at the Sports & Leisure reception at The Aviation Club.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Able to communicate effectively and to respond well (switched on) to questions and requests.
  • Have great organisational skills to manage memberships related sales.
  • Excellent Computer Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Be creative with bringing new initiatives and ideas into the club that will benefit revenue and customer experience.
  • Be competent with People management and to be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
