Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Technical Lead to support the Head of Department (HOD) in managing day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction or engineering projects within the UAE and possess strong coordination, technical, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the HOD in daily technical tasks, planning, and project follow-ups.
Review and coordinate technical submissions, drawings, and reports.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth technical workflows.
Support in monitoring project progress, resolving technical queries, and preparing updates.
Maintain technical documentation, track submissions, and follow up on approvals.
Coordinate internal meetings and ensure action items are implemented.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical coordination or engineering support role, preferably within the UAE.
Strong understanding of building construction project workflows and technical processes.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
