As a Assistant Manager - Marketing, your main purpose is to promote and raise awareness of the companys services through various marketing & growth initiatives. You will work closely with other members of the marketing & growth team to develop and execute campaigns that effectively communicate the companys message to its target audience. Overall, your role as a Marketing Executive will be instrumental in driving brand recognition and growth for the company, and you will be expected to continually identify new opportunities and approaches to help the company achieve its marketing goals.

Strategic

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Align growth and marketing strategies with the overall business strategy.
  • Understand the life cycle of customers and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize acquisition and retention and increase frequency.
  • Work closely with the growth team on defining the growth & marketing strategy, creating an execution plan, and launching initiatives to reach the projected ROI.

Operational

  • Work with the marketing & growth manager on executing the growth plans.
  • Assist in building and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy. .
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. .
  • Manage all digital marketing channels. .
  • Measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Oversee all the companys social media accounts.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO, ASO and SEM.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and customer facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

People Management

  • Frequent contact with Operations, product, technology, and finance team.
  • Regular contact with creative agencies and designers.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • PREFERRED : Business or Marketing Degree MBA or Master is a plus

Knowledge & Skill

  • Digital Marketing
  • Offline Marketing
  • Influencer marketing
  • Strong Analytical skills.

Experience

  • PREFERRED : 4 to 5
  • MINIMUM : 3 in top GCC companies.
