We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed your sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and secure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and activity reports reflecting sales performance and goals.
  • Present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients effectively.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance product visibility.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by coordinating with internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product changes to stay ahead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a sales role or similar capacity.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
