  • Provide customers with accurate product information and pricing details.
  • Assist customers with product installation, training, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or related customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
