Job Description

The Junior Accounts Executive role is a dynamic opportunity for aspiring finance professionals eager to contribute to and learn in a fast-paced corporate environment. As a Junior Accounts Executive, you will assist senior accountants in managing the organization’s financial accounts, ensuring precise financial records, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior accountants in preparing financial statements and reports accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update company’s financial records and ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax documents and statutory filings.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure alignment with internal financial records.
  • Provide administrative support during budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate with different departments for periodic financial information gathering.
  • Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes by coordinating necessary tasks.
  • Prepare invoices and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments.
  • Conduct financial data analysis and present findings to senior managers.
  • Assist in maintaining internal audit and control procedures effectively.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software packages.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data management.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
