Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote timeshare packages and services.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about timeshare offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their vacation requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of timeshare ownership.
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to attend presentations or tours.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the timeshare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
