Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee franchise development projects from initial concept to launch.
Coordinate marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
Supervise trademark registration processes and liaise with legal teams to ensure compliance.
Oversee company establishment projects, including documentation, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues.
Prepare project reports and present updates to management and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within franchise development or corporate services.
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and business setup processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of franchise models, legal frameworks, and market research.
Experience working with international business expansion projects.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
