Job Description

A Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a vital role within an organization by identifying and attracting the right talent to meet the hiring needs of the company. The Talent Sourcing Specialist not only maintains a talent pipeline but also ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of talent acquisition.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to support recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key requirements for job vacancies.
  • Utilize various online platforms and databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate the suitability of potential candidates.
  • Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the recruitment database.
  • Actively participate in recruitment events and job fairs to connect with talent.
  • Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipeline status.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sourcing techniques.
  • Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
