YOUR MISSION ____________

As the Regional Skincare Trainer, you will be assisting the Senior Regional Training Manager in being the official image, voice, and hands of Dior Skincare (& Beauty).

Sharing expertise, passion and being a role model for our Beauty Consultants and Specialists to inspire, convert and build sustainable relationships with our clients. Be and remain at the highest level of expertise PCDO.

Job responsibilities

Your Main Assignment Will Be Focused On

Skincare Coaching

  • Train, coach and develop employees on skincare techniques and application, and transmit one’s passion for skincare,
  • Develop the competencies of the Skincare teams through coaching on SK knowledge and application techniques.
  • Organize and Animate field training sessions for Skincare.
  • Follow up after in-class Skincare training to allow for comprehension and understanding
  • Contribute to BC motivation when in store
  • Pro-actively propose actions to improve skills
  • Ensure brand and product knowledge (storytelling, sales speech, link/cross selling)

Animations

  • Lead and Animate Regional events at POS ensuring Client Experience
  • Animate Masterclasses
  • Manage and lead an event team by clearly communicate on goals
  • Apply Skincare and adapt to customer’s needs and desires

Reports

  • Provide feedback after coaching
  • Debrief after field visit

Time Allocation

  • 80% field
  • 20% admin
  • Travel for 80% of time

Profile

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • Aesthetic Qualification & Practicing
  • English and Arabic (fluent), French is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years in luxury beauty and training
  • Retail knowledge and sales oriented
  • Meet brand image standards
  • Strong passion of transmission (technical and practical)
  • Market knowledge and trend awareness
  • Genuine interest for cosmetic and luxury industry
  • Curiosity and open mindedness
  • Exceptional Skincare knowledge
  • Training and public speaking skills
