Quality Controller- Vehicle

The Quality Controller - Vehicle is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet the required quality standards before being released for sale or delivery. They will conduct inspections, perform tests, and document any issues or defects found during the quality control process. The Quality Controller - Vehicle will also collaborate with the production team to improve quality management practices and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to identify any quality issues or defects.
• Conduct tests to verify the functionality of various vehicle systems, such as brakes, engine, suspension, and electrical components.
• Document any non-conforming parts, sub-assemblies, or finished products.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve quality management practices and prevent future issues.
• Communicate quality-related concerns or discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Implement corrective actions and ensure that necessary adjustments or repairs are made.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to vehicle quality control.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in quality control or related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects and non-conformities.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
