The Customer Relations Representative plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service and support. As the first point of contact, this individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with various products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive attitude to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Assist in sales processes by providing pertinent product information.
  • Manage feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience in a similar or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Strong listening skills and a high level of empathy.
