As a Real Estate - Client Advisor Agent, you will act as a liaison between property buyers, sellers, and real estate companies to facilitate property transactions. You will handle every element of the real estate process with attention to detail, from generating leads and matching client needs with available properties to conducting viewings and negotiating the best deals. Responsibilities

  • Research and maintain an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market conditions.
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing, and engaging potential property buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate with clients to determine their property needs and financial abilities.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and inspections for potential buyers.
  • Consult with clients to select a suitable price and negotiate real estate transactions.
  • Prepare necessary documentation including purchase agreements, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and other industry professionals.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other legal requirements.
  • Develop marketing strategies to market properties effectively using various platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, ethical requirements, and best practices.
  • Gather information related to properties to determine a competitive market price.
  • Maintain a database and build a strong network of potential and existing clients.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role with a track record of successful sales.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and trends for effective advising.
  • Valid license to practice real estate; must adhere to legal guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency with real estate management and CRM software to streamline transactions.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse portfolio.
  • Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
