Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles while adhering to all road rules and regulations at all times.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle each day to ensure its optimal working condition.
• Regularly maintain and clean the vehicle following company procedures and policies.
• Plan efficient routes by considering road closures and traffic conditions regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and accommodating to all passengers or clients.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery by strictly adhering to schedules and routes.
• Manage and document all transactions, including delivery confirmations and receipts responsibly.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or delays promptly to the dispatcher or appropriate authority.
• Maintain open communication with management to address any vehicle or scheduling issues immediately.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety standards, at all times.
• Demonstrate patience and ability to adapt in challenging situations such as bad weather or heavy traffic conditions.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license that is in compliance with state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Possess excellent navigation skills with a strong understanding of GPS technology.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
• Exceptional physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting, if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with passengers and team members effectively.
