The Corporate Recruiter for the Automotive industry is responsible for spearheading the recruitment process in a highly dynamic and evolving sector. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be interfacing with department heads to comprehend specific hiring needs and utilizing this information to craft compelling job descriptions and targeted recruitment strategies. Your role is crucial in maintaining the company's competitive edge by building and nurturing a pipeline of high-caliber talent. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to addressing hiring needs. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify specific recruitment needs for the automotive sector.
  • Develop detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role.
  • Utilize multiple recruiting platforms to source candidates and build a diverse talent pool.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Plan and execute recruitment campaigns to attract qualified talent to the organization.
  • Foster relationships with industry contacts and professional networks to generate leads.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding with structured processes.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate shifts in recruitment needs and talent availability.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for analysis and future reference.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives and strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers to improve interview techniques and assessment methods.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with precision.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging social media and job boards for candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment trends and data to inform strategy and decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the recruitment process swiftly.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
