The HR Manager plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within an organization. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, managing performance reviews, administering benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager also implements and maintains HR policies and procedures, resolves employee relations issues, and provides guidance and support to management and staff on various HR-related matters. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, along with several years of experience in HR management.
