As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative tasks and services.   • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR operations and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests promptly.
  • Update internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events and employee onboarding activities.
  • Stay current with HR best practices and industry trends to improve company HR processes.
  • Foster a positive work culture and environment by supporting HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices essential for compliance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an emphasis on detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for effective interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications is essential.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and professionalism expected.
  • Strong interpersonal skills beneficial for teamwork and employee relations.
