Acts as the single point of accountability for assigned projects.
Leads and manages technical project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Owns and oversees delivery of services including:
Build and audit of assets during aircraft transitions.
Monthly and daily technical records audits.
On-demand projects as per client needs.
Ensures all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with customer expectations.

Accountable for project quality, compliance, and documentation accuracy.
Monitors team performance and ensures skills development and training.
Identifies and mitigates risks, managing escalations transparently.
Drives project efficiency through process improvement and adoption of automation tools.
Maintains strong client relationships, including progress reporting and regular review meetings.
Reports directly to the VP – DES.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Finance, People, Commercial, Product, Ecosystem) for seamless project execution.
Purpose of the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to lead and deliver technical projects across Aircraft Records, Asset Transitions, and Data Management for airline and lessor customers. The Project Manager ensures delivery excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction through structured project management and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and oversight for technical projects (M&E Data, Aircraft Transition, Records Management) from initiation to successful delivery.
Ensure organizational compliance with airworthiness regulations, contractual lease obligations, and industry best practices.
Lead due diligence activities, including audits of technical records, components, LLPs, ADs, MODs, and structural repair documentation.
Build and maintain strong client partnerships, aligning project scope with business objectives and addressing escalations proactively.
Establish and enforce workflows, standards, and governance frameworks for project delivery.
Present progress updates, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Oversee risk management and implement corrective actions to safeguard project outcomes.
Develop and nurture talent within the team through coaching, mentoring, and structured training initiatives.
Champion efficiency, digital adoption, and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.
Represent the organization at on-site audits, aircraft transitions, and client engagements when required.
Direct resource allocation and optimize workload planning to maximize team productivity and project success.
What We Are Looking For
A dynamic leader with strong technical knowledge in aviation records and proven project management experience.
Industry Experience
10+ years in aviation (Technical Services / Technical Records focus).
4+ years independently managing projects.
Experience in aircraft lease transactions, records audits, and transition projects.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent.
Technical Skills
Expertise in compliance auditing (ADs, LLPs, Structural Repairs, Components).
Proficiency with M&E systems (AMOS, Trax, etc.).
Familiarity with technical manuals (SRM, AMM, CMM, etc.).
Understanding of IATA standards and lease contracts.
