Job Description
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Human Resources (HR) Tasks:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Handle HR-related queries from employees.
- Manage office documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments for day-to-day operations.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange logistics.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth office functioning.
