Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the founder and leadership team. This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, or business operations, who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys solving cross-functional challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Drive and support key strategic projects across operations, hiring, marketing, and growth
• Manage founder’s schedule, prep for meetings, and ensure follow-ups are closed
• Build and maintain trackers, reports, and internal decks
• Represent the founder in key communications when needed
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced roles (startups, strategy, operations, EA, etc.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic data analysis
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  
  

• Work closely with the founder and core leadership
