Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to monitor and provide feedback on process performance, ensuring that the processes align with organizational goals. You will work closely with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, facilitating process redesigns and serving as a vital liaison to the business community. Your role will also encompass advising on all aspects of change management, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation of new processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and document business process models and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
