Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by selling cutting-edge information technology solutions to businesses and clients. This position requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is eager to build long-lasting relationships through consultative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to assess client needs and deliver the right solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to identify potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their requirements, and effectively closing deals to achieve sales targets. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from pre-sales through post-sales support.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for client requirements.
  • Monitor and report market intelligence and competitor activities.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Update sales pipelines and forecasts on a regular basis to management.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base.
  • Manage sales administration work, including quotes and sales contracts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a related technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of information technology solutions and products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Experience in account management and building client relationships.
  • Adept at conducting market research and analyzing sales data.
