As a Fashion Designer, your creative flair and understanding of trends will help shape the future of our brand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing apparel designs that resonate with our target audience while ensuring they embody our brand's ethos. This role requires a keen eye for detail, an understanding of textiles and materials, and the ability to anticipate and react to market trends. You will collaborate with various departments to bring your ideas to fruition, from initial sketches through to final production. Responsibilities

• Develop original apparel designs that align with the brand's identity and vision.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Create detailed design sketches, both by hand and using CAD software tools.
• Select and test fabrics, colors, and patterns that complement the design concepts.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure the designs are accurately interpreted.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring alignment with market demands.
• Monitor the entire production process, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of textiles and manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source appropriate materials for designs.
• Attend and contribute to fashion shows and industry events for brand exposure.
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Proven experience in fashion design, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse work.
• Exceptional creativity combined with strong attention to detail and precision.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools, including Adobe Photoshop.
• In-depth understanding of color theory, textiles, and garment construction techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying design ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong professional relationships.
