As an IT & System Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our systems. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems and software applications.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance system reliability.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users concerning system and network issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Oversee hardware and software inventory to ensure adequate resources.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve IT-related issues.
• Perform system upgrades and patches to keep infrastructure up to date.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for staff on IT best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in IT and system administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security practices is essential.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is preferred.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset in addressing issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical staff.
