Job Description

The Telesales Executive plays a pivotal role in the success of our sales team. This role is primarily responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce and sell a range of products or services. As a Telesales Executive, you will be required to understand the needs of clients, provide detailed information and offer solutions tailored to those needs. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and proven experience in sales. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established telesales quotas and performance metrics regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and drive sales outcomes.
  • Provide customers with clear product information and resolve their queries swiftly.
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain ongoing relationships to secure sales.
  • Stay informed of product developments and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices at all times.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline consistency and flow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales position is mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient with CRM software and familiarity with sales processes is preferred.
  • A positive, persuasive, and upbeat attitude focuses on customer engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member effectively.
