Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director based in Birganj. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer service, leading a sales team, and driving business development. This role involves developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and identifying new market opportunities. The Sales Director will work closely with other departments to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Team Management and leading sales teams
  • Proven track record in Business Development and identifying market opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Birganj
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
