Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of creative projects, translating ideas and concepts into compelling visual presentations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver designs that align with brand standards and project goals. Your role will involve taking ownership of the entire design process, from brainstorming and conceptualization to execution and final delivery. You will mentor junior designers, providing guidance and inspiration to elevate overall team performance. Your strong eye for detail, coupled with your ability to manage projects and communicate effectively, will be critical to your success in this role. With a focus on innovation and creativity, you will play a key role in enhancing brand expressions across a variety of media including digital platforms, print, and multimedia. Your leadership and experience will be crucial in ensuring that all design work meets both aesthetic and strategic objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions for clients and internal projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and visually appealing brand assets.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Mentor and support junior designers in developing their skills and executing design tasks.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.
  • Ensure consistency and quality control across all design outputs in line with brand guidelines.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into revisions.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date.
  • Conduct regular design reviews to ensure design integrity and quality across all projects.
  • Coordinate with print and production vendors to ensure accurate rendering of designs across various materials.
  • Oversee the development of visual guidelines and templates to streamline design processes.
  • Facilitate creative workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovative design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a graphic design role, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising environment is a strong advantage.
