Data Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data operations across Blackbaud’s ResearchPoint and Award Management platforms. This role involves managing data imports, executing grant cycle tasks, and gathering requirements through direct communication with clients and stakEholders. The ideal candidate is professional, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Please Note: This is an onsite, hybrid role

Key Responsibilities

• - Prioritize and manage tasks from a ticket queue to ensure timely delivery.
• - Perform data imports and troubleshoot errors in ResearchPoint using queries and Python scripts.
• - Execute grant cycle management tasks in Award Management based on client requests.
• - Review and process incoming forms and requests with high accuracy.
• - Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors via calls and emails for requirement gathering and updates.
• - Maintain accurate tracking of pending deliverables and escalate concerns as needed.
• - Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• - 2–4 years of experience in data operations or analytics.
• - Basic SQL knowledge.
• - Strong written and spoken English skills, as the role is client-facing.
• - Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for client and stakeholder interactions.
• - Willingness to work flexible hours, including early US hours (late evenings IST) for client calls.
• - Experience with Python scripts and data exception analysis.
• - Familiarity with Blackbaud platforms (ResearchPoint, Award Management) is a plus.
• - Proficiency in tools like Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Jotform, and Google Calendar.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• - Comfortable with short turnaround times and dynamic priorities.
