Job Title: End-to-End Testing and DevOps Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated End-to-End Testing and DevOps Leader to lead our End to End testing and DevOps initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that our applications are thoroughly tested, reliable, scalable, and deployed seamlessly through CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software QA, automation testing, DevOps practices, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend services.
• Manage test planning, test case creation, and execution (manual and automated).
• Lead a team of QA Developers across various projects.
• Ensure high code quality through continuous testing and validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own the defect management lifecycle: detection, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
  
  

• Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated testing and deployment processes.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline software delivery.
• Ensure security, monitoring, and performance standards are met for production environments.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Implement DevOps best practices and tooling across the engineering org.
  
  

• Hire, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of QA and DevOps engineers.
• Define KPIs and metrics for quality and deployment success.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to align on priorities and delivery goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and DevSecOps mindset.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software QA and DevOps roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps principles.
  
  

• Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, ISTQB, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or Groovy).
