About The Role

Were seeking an experienced UI Developer to join our team. As a UI Developer, youll lead the development of complex user interfaces and UI components for Android Automotive OS applications using Jetpack Compose.

What You Will Do

• UI Development: Develop complex user interfaces and UI components for Android Automotive OS applications.
• MVVM Adoption: Contribute to the adoption of the MVVM architectural pattern and best practices within the UI team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI design team, UI Architect, and Product Owner to ensure alignment on technical feasibility and user experience goals.
• UI Testing: Design and implement unit and UI testing strategies using frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, and Compose testing.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI/UX issues.
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• Android Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Android application development, with a focus on UI development using Jetpack Compose.
• Jetpack Compose: Working experience with creating UI using Jetpack Compose.
• Testing: Ability to write JUnit and Espresso test cases.
• Android Automotive OS: Knowledge of the Android Automotive OS framework, its architecture, and UI-specific APIs.
• Kotlin Development: Sound experience with Kotlin-first development and UI development using Coroutines.

• System-UI Know-how: Experience working with notification center, status bar, and toast messages.
