Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analytics Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience in developing data-driven insights and building enterprise BI dashboards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or a strong foundational knowledge in Oracle Analytics Cloud, with additional exposure to tools like Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.

Requirements

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to support business decision-making.
Build and maintain semantic models, KPIs, and visualizations across OAC, Power BI, and BusinessObjects.
Work with different data sources to gather, clean, and transform data for analytical use.
Troubleshoot and enhance report performance and responsiveness.
Configure user roles and row-level security to ensure secure access to dashboards and reports.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and provide user support and training as needed.
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in OAC, Power BI, and BI trends.

Basic Requirements

0–5 years of relevant experience in BI/reporting with a focus on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI and/or SAP BusinessObjects.
Strong understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and report performance tuning.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Ability to analyze data and present clear insights through intuitive visualizations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different BI platforms as per project requirements.
