  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and integrate sustainable practices within all culinary operations.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities related to food services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a flair for creativity and innovation.
  • Strong ability to develop and manage a high-performing culinary team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all kitchen operations.
  • Profound knowledge of current food trends and gastronomic principles.
  • Certification in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety practices and sanitation regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interaction with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
