We are looking for Hungry and Motivated BDRs who are proficient at doing Outbound in India Markets.

• Would be responsible for generating outbound leads
• Would be responsible for setting meetings for AEs
• Would be responsible for qualifying meetings based on the qualification criteria
• Would cater to the Indian market
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 year of proven experience in outbound calling to senior decision-makers (HR/CHROs, CTOs, VPs, and CEOs), specifically selling staffing and recruitment solutions.
• Excellent Communication
• B2B SaaS background preferred
• High on confidence, Hunger, Motivation and Resilience
• Good Sales Acumen
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding Quota
